Rochester Attorney Faces Forcible Touching and Indecent Exposure Charges

A Rochester attorney is facing charges for alleged grabbing a woman and exposing himself.

Court records show Nathan Van Loon is charged with forcible touching and exposure. The touching charge is a Class A misdemeanor, the other is a violation.

News8 reports his court appearance yesterday was adjourned when the Rochester City Judge recused himself.

According to a police report, the woman went to Van Loon's office in June to drop off papers. When she went to the restroom, Van Loon grabbed her, made sexual advances and exposed himelf. He then followed her to her car and got into the passenger seat, before leaving.

News8 says Van Loon has denied the allegations.
