A Greece man will serve just over 2 years in prison in a collectible sports card scheme.
35-year-old Kyle Bertrand pleaded guilty earlier this year to wire fraud.
Federal prosecutors say Bertrand was already on probation for a prior fraud and identity theft conviction when he started selling sports cards online, cards that he didn't own.
People who sent him money for the cards received worthless cards or empty boxes.
Bertrand defrauded at least six victims out of more than $33,000
