There is another roadblock for the rollout of legal marijuana sales across New York.
A judge's order blocks state regulators from granting any more licenses for marijuana stores while the court hears a claim by disabled veterans that they are harmed by regulations granting the first licenses to people with past marijuana convictions.
The order also means that licensees who have not yet opened their stores will not be approved to do so.
The veterans say the state law that legalized marijuana sales included them among those getting the first licenses.
A court hearing is set for Friday.
