A young driver has been ticketed in a crash in Farmington that killed a motorcyclist.
It happened late yesterday afternoon about a half-mile south of the Thruway ramps.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says an 18-year-old woman was turning south onto Route 332 from Colett Road when she hit the motorcycle.
The crash killed 43-year-old Joshua Arena, of Farmington.
The woman was ticketed for failure to yield the right-of-way. Investigators do not believe she was drunk or high.
