A Rochester man has been arrested for allegedly raping a young teen in Maryland.
22-year-old Zachary Vandame-Mancine was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals yesterday.
Prosecutors say he coerced a 13-year-old to send him nude pictures, then traveled to Maryland to have sex with her.
Vandame-Mancine is charged with rape, soliciting a minor for sex, and soliciting child porn.
Vandame-Mancine is being held in Monroe County Jail, pending extradition.
