Man Sentenced in 2021 Homicide Outside Rochester Transit Center

The 2nd of two twin brothers has been sentenced in the November 2021 daylight homicide outside the Rochester Transit Center on St. Paul Street .

48-year-old Donald Brown pleaded guilty last month to 1st-degree manslaughter, and will serve 19 years to life in prison.

Prosecutors say he shot Armani Allen, while his twin brother, Ronald, stabbed him.

Ronald Brown was found guilty in January on similar charges, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison in March.
