Hazmat Called Out to ROC Airport

A hazmat team was called out this morning to Rochester's airport.

Frederick Douglass-Greater Rochester International Airport Director Andy Moore says about 20 gallons of a chemical used for flooring spilled in a mechanical room late this morning.

Moore also says hazmat came out as a precaution, and airport operations were not affected.

The airport's upper road was closed for several hours for cleanup.
