The Rochester man accused of firing at deputies in a Henrietta restaurant in June of last year-- is due in court his morning.
34-year-old Alonzo Jones is charged with attempted aggravated murder of a police officer, attempted assault of a police officer, and gun crimes.
Jones allegedly traded fire with responding deputies at the Carrabba's Italian Grill on West Henrietta Road.
He has two prior felony gun possession convictions.
