A Rochester sex offender has pleaded guilty to a federal child pornography charge.
Prosecutors say 35-year-old Jason Koscielski had nearly 500 illegal images on his cell phone in November 2021, after he was discharged from a halfway house.
He allegedly exchanged those photos with two other people, plus a 15-year-old victim.
Koscielski had served served 9 years in prison on a 2011 federal child porn conviction, and was arrested shortly after his 2020 release as well.
He faces 10 to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced in October.
