Cannabis Store Owner Arrested During A Wayne County Cannabis Investigation

The owner of a regional cannabis consultant business has been arrested for allegedly interfering in a cannabis investigation in the Town of Ontario.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says David Tulley, of Lyons, drove a vehicle through an area closed off by police, entered the building they were searching, then locked himself inside.

He's charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

The State Office of Cannabis Management and the Department of Taxation and Finance were conducting the investigation.

The Finger Lakes Daily News reports Tulley also owns two unlicensed marijuana businesses in Cayuga County that were raided yesterday.
