A Batavia man has been arrested for leaving chocolate, laced with marijuana, within the reach of a toddler.
The Genesee County Sheriff's Office says the two-year-old boy ate the chocolate and was found unconscious several hours later.
The child was treated at United Medical Center.
Thirty-two-year-old James Gray was charged with endangering a child, and given a July 11 court date.
