Rochester police have two boys -- ages 13 and 14 -- in custody after a pursuit of a stolen Kia that ended with a crash on the 590 off ramp at Elmwood Avenue.
The chase started around 4 p.m. on Lake Avenue, when officers spotted a car that fled earlier from a purse snatching and assault on Broadway.
The chase continued through the city and onto 590.
The driver crashed on the exit ramp. All three people in the car started to run, and officers nabbed two of them. One of the teenage suspects needed treatment at the hospital for minor injuries.
The third person is still at large
