Three Rochester residents are facing charges, after they were allegedly caught in a stolen car in Batavia.
Deputies say 31-year-old Kiara Bates, 20-year-old Jayona Henderson, and 27-year-old Ashanay McBean had $6,000 worth of stolen property in the car when they were stopped Tuesday.
Bates and Anderson also face charges in Erie County, while McBean remains held without bail in Genesee County as a convicted felon.
