Rochester police are investigating break-ins or damage to around 30 vehicles parked overnight at the East End Parking Garage.
The garage is at East Main and Scio streets.
Police are still working to find the owners of some of the cars.
Police say another 15 vehicles were damaged on Werner Park, off Monroe Avenue.
Investigators are looking for witnesses or security camera video that might help identify the criminals.
