New Casino Agreement Between the State and Seneca Nation Nearly Complete

There appears to be a breakthrough in talks on a new casino agreement between the state and the Seneca Nation.

The Seneca Nation says there is now a framework for a deal that will let it operate casinos for 20 more years.

The specifics are expected to be worked out in a few days.

The current agreement is set to expire in December.

The Seneca's operate three casinos in Western New York.
