A Livonia man is facing charges in a crash in 2020 that killed his brother.
The two men had been hunting together on Thanksgiving Weekend.
State troopers say William Hitchcock had signs of intoxication when he drove off a road in the town of Grove, in Allegany County.
The car flipped over and killed Hitchcock's brother, Brian.
Hitchcock suffered spinal and neck injuries.
He was charged last week with vehicular manslaughter.
