2nd Twin Brother Guilty in Homicide Near Rochester Transit Center

The 2nd of two twin brothers is now guilty in the November 2021 daylight homicide outside the Rochester Transit Center on St. Paul Street .

48-year-old Donald Brown has pleaded guilty to 1st-degree manslaughter.

Prosecutors say he shot Armani Allen, while his twin brother, Ronald, stabbed him.

Donald Brown will be sentenced to 19 years to life in prison in July.

Ronald Brown was found guilty in January on similar charges, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison in March.
