The Webster Town Board is weighing future funding for its emergency medical services provider, Northeast Quadrant Advance Life Support.
The provider says the current budget from the town and a recent grant from the American Rescue Plan don't meet its costs.
It says more money could pay for better equipment and competitive wages and benefits for workers.
The town could boost funding in the short term, create an ambulance tax district, hold the line on spending, or change providers.
The next meeting is June 8.
