Two Ontario County residents have been charged with second degree assault after deputies accused them of abusing a three-year-old girl.
Stephanie Chavez and Luis Rodriguez of Farmington were taken into custody at the Pintail Crossing Apartments.
Both defendants were found to have physically abused the girl, who spent more than four days in the hospital.
Sanchez and Rodriguez were taken to the Ontario County Jail.
