Rochester's Police Accountability Board has sent a list of policy recommendations to City Hall and the police department.
The 19 recommendations involve data transparency and public tracking of reports of alleged police misconduct.
The recommendations were developed, in part, with public comments earlier this year.
The PAB is asking the City to respond within 30 days.
