A Greece man is accused of threatening a Penfield Town Justice.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says 40-year-old Geoffrey Irwin threatened to shoot the judge during a phone call to the Town Court Tuesday morning.
Deputies cordoned off the area as a precautionary measure.
Irwin is charged with making a terroristic threat, aggravated harassment, and making a threat of mass harm.
He's being held on $10,000 bail.
