A Rochester woman has pleaded not this morning to new charges, in a crash early New Year's Day that killed her sister.
29-year-old Jellia Lockhart was indicted last month on manslaughter and assault charges.
City police say Lockhart lost control as she sped past another car on Hazelwood Terrace at Denver Street.
Her car hit a tree and killed her 33-year-old sister, Charlaura.
Police say Lockhart ran off and later lied about what happened.
