Authorities in Seneca County are reporting the death of a five-year-old girl on a farm in Ovid.
The sheriff's office says Melinda Hertzler became stuck in farm equipment yesterday afternoon.
She was removed but died later at Geneva General Hospital.
The sheriff’s office and Seneca County Child Protective Services are investigating the girl’s death.
