Rochester's Police Accountability Board Has Three New Members

Rochester's Police Accountability Board has added three new members of the board.

The nine-member board was unable to meet for several months because it lacked a quorum.

With the new members last night, the board approved a so-called 'discipline matrix' for officers accused of misconduct. The proposal will be submitted to city officials and the police department.

The agency has received more than 300 complaints since last year, but has not issued any findings of misconduct.
