UPDATE: Rochester's Dominic Pezzola has been acquitted of the top charge of seditious conspiracy in the Proud Boy Capitol Riot trial.

The jury deadlocked on the second charge of Conspiracy to Obstruct Official Proceeding.

Pezzola has been found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding, and 6 other underlying counts.

The jury is deadlocked on the top charge of seditious conspiracy for Rochester's Dominic Pezzola.

Pezzola has been found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding, and 6 other underlying counts.

Those counts are Conspiracy to Prevent an Officer from Discharging Duties, Civil Disorder, Destruction of Government Property, Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Police, and Robbery.

The 4 other leaders of the Proud Boys were found guilty of seditious conspiracy, and the jury will resume deliberations on the remaining counts.

The 5 defendants were accused of fomenting the Capitol Riot in order to keep Congress from certifying Joe Biden's presidential election victory.
