Rochester police have made an arrest in the shooting of a Canandaigua man this morning on the city's north side.
40-year-old Robert Rodgers Junior is charged with robbery, assault, grand larceny, and gun crimes.
Police say he shot the 23-year-old man just before 9 a.m. on Nye Park, off Norton Street during a dispute about drugs.
The victim is expected to recover.
