Rochester police have made no arrests in a shooting that wounded two people.
An off duty police officer was first on the scene and began rendering first aid to the victims -- an 18-year-old woman and a man in his 30s.
Police Lieutenant Greg Bello says it happened yesterday afternoon on Chili Avenue.
Both victims were taken to the hospital, where the man is in stable condition after surgery. The woman also is in stable condition.
