Rochester Man Sentenced in Alleged Revenge Killing

A Rochester man who admitted guilt in an alleged revenge killing has been sentenced this afternoon to 20 years in prison.

32-year-old Timothy Thomas pleaded guilty last month in the fatal shooting of 42-year-old Orlando Santiago on Hudson Avenue last May.

He's the brother of Bradley Thomas, whom Santiago shot and killed in what was called a justifiable homicide at the Cedarwood Towers apartments in 2019.
