Retired Greece Police Officer Raymond DiPasquale has pleaded guilty to possessing child porn.
The former officer admitted to possessing some 700 images of child pornography. A plea agreement says some of them showed children under the age of 12 being abused. DiPasquale faces a maximum sentence of 20 years.
The former officer was arrested by State Police last fall after they got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and from the Internet Crimes Task Force in Albany. Police searched DiPasquale's home and found the images of a pair of electronic devices.
