A number of Genesee County schools went into lockout this afternoon, including Genesee Community College.
Batavia Police say someone called the Veteran's Administration Hotline and threatened to shoot up a school.
Police were sent to all schools in the county as a precaution.
The threat was not deemed to be credible, and the call was traced to a teen boy in Batavia.
Police are now interviewing the boy.
