No Charges in 2 Rochester Pedestrian Accidents

Rochester police say both drivers who struck and killed a pedestrian over the weekend won't face criminal charges.

Police say a man was struck killed early Saturday morning as he tried to cross Mt. Read Boulevard near Lyell Avenue.

He was hit first by an SUV, then a tractor-trailer. His name has not been released.

Both drivers remained at the scene.

Meantime, a woman is critical condition after being struck on Clifford Avenue late Saturday night.

The driver was not charged.
