Rochester Bar Owner Sentenced in Bay St. Homicide

The manager of a Rochester bar has been sentenced to 40 years to life in prison in a fatal shooting there last March.

44-year-old Jackie Ray Robinson of Gates was convicted earlier this month of 2nd-degree murder, assault and a weapons charge.

Police say he gunned down 45-year-old Chad Wilson of Rochester on Bay Street.

Jerome Mason of Rochester was wounded, but survived.
