A Steuben County man who was an assistant district attorney is now charged with possession of child pornography.
The investigation began soon after 63-year-old James Miller, of Corning, retired in 2021 from his job in the Steuben District Attorney's Office.
State police received a report that his email account shared child porn online.
A search at his home turned up 100 images on his devices.
