A 24-year-old Rochester man has been charged with yesterday's kidnapping of a four-year-old boy and his mother. Police say Daniel Ponder was arrested by a U.S. Marshals Task Force last night. He's charged with kidnapping, burglary, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child. Police have not clarified his relationship to the victims, Michael Williams III and his mother, Jessica Sanchez-Reyes. Both were taken early yesterday morning from a home on Fulton Avenue, and found safe 14 hours later in a home on Reynolds Street.
