We now have an opening date for Whole Foods in Brighton.
The Monroe Avenue store will open its doors Tuesday, April 12th.
The announcement comes just days after a State Supreme Court judge dismissed the lawsuit against developers the Daniele Family.
Representatives of the Wegmans-based community groups still plan to file an appeal of that ruling.
The first 500 shoppers in line on opening day will receive a Whole Foods tote bag and scratch-and-win gift cards.
