A Rochester man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of a man on Depew Street.
Police say 20-year-old Anthony Stevenson Sutton was found dead in his car on Depew Street, the victim of multiple gunshots.
Shortly after finding Stevenson-Sutton's body, police found 19-year-old Sincere Vazquez wounded on Chili Avenue.
He remains in the hospital recovering from his injuries.
Police now say it was Vazquez who arranged a meeting with Stevenson-Sutton on Depew Street, where Vazquez climbed into Stevenson-Sutton's car before shooting him to death.
Vazquez will be arraigned in his hospital bed on the murder and two weapon possession charges, as he was carrying two handguns when he was found.
