A Lima man is under arrested for break-ins, arson and petit theft at two addresses in the Village.
Investigators say 43 year-old Vincent Wozlonis entered a vacant home on March 7, took several items and set items on fire.
He allegedly did the same hours later in a garage, and was back at the vacant home the next day without permission.
Other charges include criminal mischief, trespassing and possession of burglary tools.
