PA Man Sentenced for Trafficking Meth, Kicking Wyoming County Deputy

A Pennsylvania man will serve 5 years in prison for kicking a Wyoming County deputy after he was caught trafficking methamphetamine.

Prosecutors say 54-year-old Paul Durinko repeatedly booted the deputy in the ribs, after the deputy found the meth in Durinko's pocket.

Those kicks broke several of the deputy's ribs.

Durinko had to be Tasered during the attack.

Durinko was already on probation on drug and weapons charges.
