Governor Hochul in Rochester to discuss public safety proposals in her proposed budget.
Speaking at the Boys and Girls Club, she says the 'Gun Involved Violence Elimination' program has cut down on the number of shootings.
And she says Rochester is getting money for the program.
Hochul also says her plan to remove the "least restrictive" standard from the state's bail reform has backing in the legislature.
