State Court Workers Fired For Not Getting COVID Vax Will Get Jobs Back

The state’s Public Employment Relations Board has ruled that state court workers who were fired for refusing to get a COVID shot must get their jobs back, with back pay.

The ruling obtained by The New York Post says the back pay must include interest, and the court system must stop enforcing a vaccine mandate.

A court employees union says about 25 workers were fired.

The state's court system could still appeal the board's ruling.
