State troopers patrolling in Rochester have arrested two men on gun and drug charges.
State police say it happened yesterday when troopers spotted a car stopped in the middle of Weaver Street, blocking traffic.
When the troopers turned on their lights, the driver took off. During the chase, two handguns and some drugs were thrown from the car.
Driver Whitney Scott and passenger Elfin Elliot were arrested
