Batavia police say two suspected criminals got into more trouble minutes after their release from the Genesee County Jail.
Police say Evan Vanskiver , of Brockport, and Adam Montes , of Hamlin, were arrested yesterday in a larceny investigation in Elba.
About a half hour after they left jail in Batavia, they allegedly stole a car and led police on a chase into Wyoming County -- crashing into another car along the way.
The chase ended when they crashed at an apartment complex in Attica.
Both men were being held last night, pending arraignment.
