Two Men Facing Kodak Insider Trading Charges

Two men are facing insider trading charges related to the 2020 announcement that Kodak would get government loans to make pharmaceutical components.

Andrew Stiles was an executive at a pharma company working with Kodak on the plan. He's accused of sharing insider information with his cousin, Gray Stiles, so both could make money on stock trading.

Kodak's stock soared, and the two men allegedly made a total of $1.2 million.

Andrew Stiles was arrested yesterday in South Carolina and Gray Stiles was arrested in Virginia.

Both are charged with securities fraud and conspiracy.
