The Former Head of Rochester's Police Accountability Board Resigns

The former head of Rochester's Police Accountability Board has resigned from the agency

As first reported by City News Paper, Duwaine Bascoe stepped aside yesterday as chief of investigations.

Bascoe was interim executive director of the PAB from last May until December, when Sherry Cowart-Walker took over.

His time at the top was controversial, as about a third of PAB staffers either resigned or were fired.

And many of those staffers wanted him fired.
