Livingston County authorities are adding to the charges facing a repeat offender from Rochester.
Forty-four-year-old Christopher Horr is accused of driving last St. Patrick's Day from Gates to Lima in a stolen car, ditching the car and stealing a vehicle loaded with tools from a driveway.
While there was a warrant for his arrest in December, authorities say he took a shotgun and other items from a car in Lima, then rammed the car to get away.
Other larcenies were reported that morning in the village, and the getaway car also had been reported stolen from Webster.
He has been held since December on unrelated charges in Monroe County.
