A Rochester man who is already on parole from a 2016 gun conviction has been arrested for a shooting in the city.
Police say 29-year-old Shai-Brittan Anderson was wanted for the shooting December 22 on Hudson Avenue.
He was arrested this morning at an address on Darien Street.
The victim needed emergency surgery but survived.
The charges include attempted murder and two gun crimes.
