Greece Child Kidnapper to Serve 8-25 Years for Plot to Kill Judge

The man convicted of kidnapping his two children from a Greece foster home will serve 8 to 25 additional years for plotting to kill a Family Court judge.

Dimitri Cash was convicted of 2nd-degree conspiracy in December.

Prosecutors say he planned to kill Judge Stacey Romeo, going as far as surveilling her home and work and purchasing kerosene.

Cash's cousin' Joenathan, was acquitted of consipiracy

Both Cashes were convicted last May of kidnapping and other charges, with Dimitri sentenced to 115 years to life and Joenathan receiving 75 years.
