Rochester Man to Serve 12 1/2 Years on Federal Drug Charges

A Rochester man will serve over 12-and-a-half years in prison on federal drug trafficking charges.

Prosecutors say 42-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Quinones was caught with hundreds of baggies of cocaine and fentanyl in his car last March.

He also had two loaded handguns and $2,900 in cash.

Rodriguez-Quinones had already served 10 years in prison on a federal drug charge, and has two previous felony weapons convictions.
