Rochester police are calling it one of the most horrific crimes many of then have ever seen.
Twenty-six-year-old single mother Bryasia Love is charged with murder and assault for allegedly beating her 1-year-old son to death and injuring her 2-and-a-half year old daughter
Police Lieutenant Greg Bello says Love called 911 last Thursday to report her boy was unresponsive.
The boy had skull fractures, bruising to the head, a lacerated liver and severe damage to the eyes. The girl also had bruises and scratches.
A'Mias died Tuesday, while his sister has been released from the hospital and is with her grandmother
Child Protective Services says it had no open cases concerning either child
Love is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree assault, and will be arraigned in City Court this morning
