Gates police have made an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run from earlier this month.
19-year-old Joshua Reis of Greece is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
Police say he was driving his family's SUV, when it struck 55-year-old Brenda Wells on Elmgrove Road near the YMCA.
Wells later died of her injuries.
Police Chief Rob Long says there were passengers in the SUV at the time, and they're now cooperating.
Reis was arraigned and released.
